In the absence of a formal minister, St. Paul's Waiheke is run by a Local Ministry Team made up of church elders functioning under the umbrella of the Northern Presbytery. This team consists of two parts:
The teaching team - Those involved in teaching on our regular Sunday services
Pastoral care team - Looking after the spiritual wellbeing of our church community
The Local Ministry Team is supported by our local resource minister Rev. Mua Strickson Pua
